Plum tea is another of Ten Ren Tea's unique tea blends. This tea is a soothing blend of dried plums, black tea, and other natural herbs. When steeped, the tea produces a light plum hue;, a sweet aroma; and a lightly sweet taste with a hint of tart. Hot beverages made from dried plums have been popular in Asia for quite some time and many have found it soothing for sore throats. Water at about 185°-195°F or 85°-90°C should be used for steeping.
